We lost our seven week old son in August of 2010. This is a blog that attempts to help me deal with my feelings surrounding his death and to try to help me move forward.
I am sorry that no one else seemed to remember. I know that all we all really want from anyone is to remember our children. Now that year one is behind you, here is wishing you as more peaceful year two.
Thank you. You know, there have been other days that were worse so I am grateful for that. It was a beautiful day and not too hot. We decorated the gravesite, had some ice cream, and just took things at our own pace. It was a sad day but I do feel a little bit of closure, like the year finally came to an end.
